President of AA in BH
„The President is responsible for tasks of Director of the Association and performs other duties set forth in this Statute and ordered by the Management Board and the Assembly and established by law and in particular manages the sessions of the Management Board and represents the Association before all the bodies and organizations in the country and overseas, signs contracts concluded by the Association, signs membership card and a decision on termination of membership in the Association, executes decisions and conclusions of the Assembly of the Association and the Management Board and with the consent of the Management Board manages the financial operations of the Association.
Vice President assists to the President in carrying out his duties and replaces him with all the powers and duties, at the time of his inability.“
